Our company accepts one mode of payment: payments through the system. Each time, the shipping costs for an item must be added to the sale price of that item. If you buy several identical items, add the shipping costs noted next to each item to the sale price of each item. To avoid misunderstandings, before placing an order, it is better to contact us again and ask for the total amount to be paid. In this case, you should note the item numbers, the quantity of parts you want to buy, and the delivery address (country). The shipping costs added to each item only concern transportation from Poland to France. It is possible, at the buyer's request, to send a package to another country, but the shipping costs will not be the same. The sale price and shipping costs are all that the customer must pay. At the buyer's request, we issue an invoice. To create the invoice, the buyer is obliged to send us all the necessary information. If the customer does not need an invoice, they will find a receipt in their package.
Packages are only sent on working days from Monday to Friday. Delivery is carried out by postal services or one of its providers.
Sometimes, there is the possibility to choose the means of transportation, and in that case, the buyer decides. The company sends the order after confirming receipt of funds from the bank (until 3 pm).From the date of shipment, packages are usually delivered in 2 to 4 days. We do not take responsibility for delivery delays due to postal services or one of its providers. We do not check emails sent directly to our email address. Before payment, you must inform us of any changes to the order or cancellation of the order. In that case, we are obliged to confirm any new information in writing. The buyer will only make a payment after receiving written confirmation of any changes from us.
